These terms apply to the acado.app website and to the Acado web and mobile applications (the "Service"), provided by Framing Ideaz AI & Tech Pvt. Ltd., Hall No 2, Block C, STPI Tower, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Rangreth, Srinagar 190007, Jammu & Kashmir (CIN U62013JK2025PTC017209). By using the Service you accept them.
Institutions
Schools, colleges and groups use Acado under a written subscription agreement that sets out the licence, fees, data handling, support and term. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to the institution. Nothing is physically shipped: Acado is delivered online, and access begins when the institution's account is set up.
Users given access by an institution
If you are a staff member, student or parent, your access to Acado is granted and managed by your institution. You agree to:
- use the login given to you and keep it to yourself;
- use the Service only for your institution's purposes and as your role allows;
- not attempt to access records that are not yours or to interfere with the Service.
Your institution may change or remove your access at any time. Information shown to you in Acado (attendance, fees, marks, notices) is maintained by your institution; questions about it go to the institution.
Online payments
Where an institution offers online fee payment, you pay the institution through its own payment gateway account (Razorpay or PayU). Acado records the payment and issues the institution's receipt; it does not receive the money and does not store your card or bank details. Refunds of fees are decided by the institution. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to upload unlawful content, to send unsolicited messages, to attempt unauthorised access, to reverse-engineer the software, or in any way that disrupts the Service for others.
Intellectual property
The Acado software, its design, documentation and the Acado name and mark belong to Framing Ideaz AI & Tech Pvt. Ltd.. Institution records belong to the institution. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times and tell institutions of planned maintenance in advance. We may update the Service, and these terms, from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
Liability
The Service is provided with the care set out in each institution's agreement. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable to individual users for indirect or consequential loss, or for the accuracy of records entered by an institution. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, have jurisdiction.
