Implementation

From first call to first fee receipt in about a week.

You are not handed a login and left to it. Our team configures Acado, moves your records across and trains your staff before anyone depends on it. The step that sets the pace is almost always the data, not the software.

Six phases

What we do, and what we need from you.

PhaseAcado doesYou provide
01

Discovery

Go through your fee structure, classes or programmes, exam pattern, attendance policy and who signs off what.

Your current fee heads, the academic calendar and one named coordinator.

02

Configuration

Set up classes, subjects, fee heads, instalments, discounts, fines, roles and approval chains to match the rules you already follow.

The staff list, the role list and who approves what.

03

Data migration

Import student, staff and fee records from your current system or spreadsheets, and reconcile opening balances against your ledger.

Your existing records in whatever format you hold them, and an accountant to sign off balances.

04

Devices & gateways

Connect ESSL or ZKTeco attendance devices, Razorpay or PayU, and the WhatsApp, SMS, email and app channels, tested with real sends.

Access to the devices on site, gateway account details and your sender IDs.

05

Training & go-live

Role-by-role sessions for administrators, accounts staff, teachers and the front office, then the parent app rollout. We stay on call through your first fee cycle.

Time for each staff group and a date for the parent rollout.

06

Support

A named contact who knows your setup, product updates as they ship, and help at each new session with promotion and timetable rollover.

A word when something changes: a new campus, a new board, a new fee head.

*Core onboarding and go-live, provided your data is supplied on time.
